Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time.

Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Charges

Standard delivery charges will be displayed at checkout. Free delivery may be offered during selected promotions or on eligible orders.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan where available.

Open Parcel Before Payment

Where the Open Parcel facility is available, customers may open and check their parcel in the presence of the delivery rider before making payment.

If the parcel contains an incorrect or visibly damaged product, please inform the rider and contact Merium’s Wear customer support immediately.
